Since 1992, Ms. Bauss has been sought after for her expertise on juror
attitudes and jury decision making. She advises attorneys on all phases
of trial presentation strategy drawing on her years of experience conducting
focus groups, mock trials and post verdict juror interviews. She is
especially adept at assisting counsel in identifying potential juror
biases and designing and analyzing focus groups and mock trials. Her
primary concentration is in personal injury, employment and complex
commercial cases. She is a frequent presenter and trainer for the Association
of Trial Lawyers of America, the American Bar Association and various
state and local bar associations and trial lawyer associations.
