A Fairfield County, CA jury returned a verdict of $4.5 million to Plaintiff Jimmy Duncan on August 20, 2012. Mr. Duncan was suing Velazquez & Sons Trucking for injuries he received in a collision with a tractor trailer driven by one of the defendant’s drivers. Mr. Duncan was driving a bus at the time of the collision. He suffered severe neck and back injuries as well as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder from the incident.
