Jeremy Rose Senior Litigation Consultant

Dr. Rose joined NJP Litigation Consulting in 1994. Since that time, he has consulted on hundreds of cases, including:

  • Commercial litigation
  • Intellectual property
  • Employment discrimination
  • Personal injury
  • Professional malpractice
  • Criminal defense

He routinely conducts pre-trial research, develops strategies for voir dire and jury selection and shows litigators how to use research findings to improve their openings and closings.

His particular area of interest is credibility, and he has developed a seminar devoted to that topic as well as publishing several articles on jurors’ perceptions of expert witness credibility. He teaches courses in persuasion, argumentation, psychology of communication, public speaking and small group communication at the University of Minnesota and several other colleges.
