Marisea Rivera Litigation Consultant

Ms. Rivera joined NJP Litigation Consulting in 2007. She assists in the design, implementation and analysis of focus groups and trial simulations. She also works with attorneys in case analysis and preparation, jury selection, and analysis of juror questionnaires. She has conducted research on the death penalty, felon disenfranchisement and eyewitness reliability.

Ms. Rivera has been a moderator and panelist for the California Employment Lawyers Association and the San Francisco Public Defender’s Trial College. She has also co-authored and presented a paper to the American Psychology and Law Society.
