Susan Macpherson

A professional trial consultant since 1976, Susan Macpherson has conducted hundreds of focus groups and trial simulations for state and federal cases nationwide. She also assists attorneys preparing for ADR proceedings such as summary jury trials and mediation panels.

Trial teams representing Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, utilities, government agencies, and mass tort victims have retained Ms. Macpherson to conduct their jury research. She also conducts focus groups for individual attorneys who test the persuasive impact of their case presentations.

Ms. Macpherson frequently conducts witness evaluation studies and assists attorneys with witness preparation. She also develops community attitude surveys to evaluate case specific arguments and conducts post trial interviews.

Ms. Macpherson has served on the Board of Directors of the American Society of Trial Consultants and has chaired several ASTC committees, including Professional Education, Professional Standards and Jury Trial Initiatives.
