A. Marisea Rivera

A. Marisea Rivera has a Masters in Social Psychology from the University of California at Santa Cruz, with an emphasis on how people interact with and understand the law. She has conducted research on the death penalty, felon disenfranchisement and eyewitness reliability. As a trial consultant she assists in the design, implementation and analysis of focus groups and trial simulations and works with attorneys in case analysis, case preparation and jury selection. She assists with witness preparation and in the analysis of juror questionnaires for jury selection as well as interviewing jurors post-verdict.

She is a member of the American Society of Trial Consultants and the American Psychology-Law Society.
