Lois Heaney will be speaking at the FACDL Twenty-Third Death Penalty Seminar being held March 16-18, 2017. Ms. Heaney will be speaking on “Social Science and Jury Selection in Capital Cases.” Her presentation will address issues including venue evaluation, jury composition, death qualification, jury questionnaires and voir dire.
