Congratulations to Chantel Fitting!

Congratulations to Chantel Fitting of the Law Offices of Donald Galine for her plaintiff verdict in Wilson v. SC Property Management.  A San Mateo County jury awarded Catherine and Richard Wilson $863,000 in compensatory damages for injuries Catherine suffered when she fell backward through an unlatched door that swung out over a stair in violation of the applicable safety codes.  Ms. Wilson worked as a Realtor and was attending an open house when the https://crohnscolitislifestyle.com/buyvalium/ injury occurred.  She suffered head, neck and back injuries from her fall.  Carol Bauss and Karen Jo Koonan assisted in this case.

Congratulations to Virginia Villegas and Monali Sheth!

On May 17, 2012, a San Francisco Superior Court jury awarded Maria Bojorquez $812,001 in damages in a sexual harassment and retaliation suit brought against ABM Industries and its subsidiary, ABM Janitorial Services-Northern California. The suit for sexual harassment, retaliation, and failure to prevent harassment and discrimination arose from the sexual harassment and assault of the plaintiff by her direct supervisor while she worked as a janitor for ABM in 2004.  When she complained to the company, ABM responded by swearing Ms. Bojorquez to silence, transferring her, and then terminating her. Equal Rights Advocates (ERA), a national non-profit law firm, and the San Francisco law firm of Talamantes Villegas Carrera, LLP represented Ms. Bojorquez in the suit.  The case is Bojorquez v. ABM Industries, Incorporated et. al., Case #CGC-10-495994, San Francisco Superior Court.
