Diane Wiley is a founder of NJP Litigation Consulting working with attorneys to develop trial strategies, witness prep, voir dire and openings. As a pioneer in the field of trial consulting, she began her work in 1973. She is known for her creative approach to conducting mock trials, assisting with jury selection and working with attorneys to develop trial strategies, witness prep, voir dire and openings.

Ms. Wiley consults on complex commercial cases, intellectual property, criminal defense, plaintiff’s personal injury, employment, product liability, medical and professional negligence, defamation, premises, auto litigation and civil rights. She is a nationally-known speaker who regularly lectures at seminars and conferences on trial communication issues.
