Ms. Bochnak has studied juror attitudes and has applied social science research to understand juror decision-making for more than 25 years. She has conducted countless mock trials and focus groups; and helped many witnesses express themselves clearly and feel as comfortable as possible with the cross-examination process. She has drafted, read and analyzed thousands of supplemental juror questionnaires and assisted with voir dire and jury selections across the country.

She has worked with attorneys on hundreds of cases, including:
